Whipping up a dinner menu is easy (right?), but pairing the perfect cocktail or mocktail? We've got you covered with our favorite recipe – plus the perfect coffee beans and coasters to make it extra special.
Espresso Martini
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce coffee liqueur (such as Kahlua)
- 1 ounce brewed and cooled espresso or Parker Clay cold brew concentrate (recipe here)
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup (recipe below)
Step 1:
Place martini glass in freezer.
Step 2:
To make the simple syrup, place 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water into a sauce pan. Place heat to medium and bring to a slow boil, stirring occasionally. Once mixture is clear, take off heat and let cool.
Step 3:
Fill cocktail shaker with ice then add the espresso or cold brew concentrate, vodka and simple syrup. Then add coffee liqueur.
Step 4:
Shake the cocktail shaker for 1 minute - until your hand get's REALLY cold.
Step 5:
Take out your martini glass from the freezer, and strain mixture into glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans, and enjoy!
