Returns/Exchanges


Parker Clay wants you to be completely satisfied with your order, so if something is not right, please let us know.  Parker Clay will accept merchandise in its original un-used condition for a refund/exchange when accompanied by the original sales slip within 14 days from date of delivery.  Any product with modifications are non-returnable, non-refundable, or non-exchangeable and the order cannot be withdrawn or cancelled for any reason. All correctly returned products will be refunded to the purchaser in the same form of payment, excluding shipping costs.

Please be aware that it can take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Parker Clay reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn, or altered in any way. All packages for return/repair must be fully insured. Parker Clay will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Repairs happen on a case by case basis. Each repair is different and if additional costs are needed for specialty parts or materials they will be discussed and agreed upon prior to start of repair, less any shipping costs.
