Return & Exchange Policy

We are happy to provide returns and exchanges on any unused, unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Products that show signs of wear are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit. PERSONALIZED ITEMS AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.  Please fill out all necessary information on the Returns & Exchanges form in your shipment and mail your product back to:

If you do not have the Returns & Exchanges form for any reason, you can download it HERE.

Parker Clay does not assume responsibility for the cost of return or exchange shipping, or in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. Shipping is non-refundable.  If your product needs to be repaired or you received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us for assistance.

Returns

If you choose to return a product, we will refund you for the total amount paid, excluding original shipping costs. Please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. If you choose to receive store credit, you will be emailed a gift card for the full amount paid, excluding shipping.

Exchanges

Please follow the process listed above, and note that if a product is marked as Sold Out on our website, it is not eligible as a replacement item. Please allow 3-4 business days for your exchange to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse. We will cover the shipping cost to send a replacement product back to you.
