We are delighted to share a heartwarming story from our community. Salamlak, a team leader in our cutting department, met his wife Bertukan right here at Parker Clay. Together, they have a beautiful three-month-old son named Abel.

As both full-time employees, Salamlak and Bertukan faced the challenge of finding affordable childcare for Abel. Previously, they spent $32 a month on nearby daycare. However, with the establishment of our on-site daycare, they can now bring Abel to work, saving $24 each month. They plan to save this money for Abel’s 18th birthday.

Salamlak expressed how being a father is a privilege and blessing, and we are grateful to support his family in this way.
