Statistically, women reinvest much more of their incomes into their families to directly benefit their children. Because they most often manage their household women are often responsible for funding their children’s education, preparing healthy food, and accessing medical care for their kids. At Parker Clay, women make up over 80% of our team in both the US and in Ethiopia, with women taking key leadership roles throughout. Women are driving and equipping the next generation—the generation that we have hope to break free from the narrative of exploitation.
